*All returns or return requests must be made within 15 days of purchasing your products*

*If the products are not within our return guidelines or made within 15 days, sales are FINAL*

 

Wrong Address -

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

 

Unclaimed -

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

 

Damaged -

If your products show up damaged/misprinted/defective, send photos to southernessenceshop@gmail.com, and your photos will be processed to see if you are applicable for a refund. If applicable, you will get a new product at no additional charge; however, if the damages are not qualified for a refund, then the store owner will inform you.
